1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a TrackFlow account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
TrackFlow is a fitness and habit-tracking app that helps you log nutrition, habits, sleep, water, mood and body metrics, and provides AI-generated coaching responses based on that data.
3. Free to use
Core tracking features are free to use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; you will only be charged if you explicitly purchase one.
4. Not medical advice
TrackFlow is a tracking and information tool. It is not a doctor, dietitian, therapist or other licensed health professional. The AI Coach's responses, calorie and macro suggestions, and any other content are general information only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine or medication.
5. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your account with others.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, abuse, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Your content
The data you log belongs to you. You grant TrackFlow a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time from inside the app.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific health outcome will result from using it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email.
